Katrina graduated with honours from the Veterinary Technician program at Seneca College in 2014 and has worked as an RVT in Barrie since her graduation. She also received a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Wildlife Biology and loves animals of all shapes and sizes. She fosters dogs through a local dog rescue and tends to take in the ones with broken bones, soft tissue injuries or skin issues and nurses them to health. She has volunteered her time to travel to several remote northern Ontario communities to assist with spay/neuter clinics. Katrina lives in Barrie with her husband Jason and they have 3 dogs of their own- a cockapoo named Bailey, a husky mix named Emma and a shepherd mix named Mara.
